`POST /instagram/publish-story`

Publish a single photo or video to Instagram Stories.

Mirrors /publish-reel's enqueue-only pattern (same SQS → Publisher → Finisher
pipeline), but stories take no caption/share_to_feed/comments — only the media
(media_type=STORIES accepts nothing else).

## Query parameters

- `workspace_id` string, nullable: Workspace this request applies to. Defaults to the caller's personal workspace. Must be one the caller belongs to.
