# Update Exclusion

`PATCH /inbox/exclusions/{exclusion_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reeldrop.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.reeldrop.io/inbox/exclusions/{exclusion_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Change what is kept away from someone. Turning on "hide from inbox" deletes their thread.

## Path parameters

- `exclusion_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `workspace_id` string, nullable: Workspace this request applies to. Defaults to the caller's personal workspace. Must be one the caller belongs to.

## Request body

- ExclusionSwitches: What to keep away from them (models/inbox.InboxExclusion). An omitted switch keeps its current value, or the default on a new exclusion.
  - `hide_from_inbox` boolean, nullable
  - `block_dm_automations` boolean, nullable
  - `block_ai_replies` boolean, nullable
  - `block_comment_automations` boolean, nullable
