`GET /auth/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reeldrop.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the current user + their personal workspace.
JIT-provisions both if this is their very first API call.
Frontend calls this immediately after Clerk sign-in/sign-up.
