Generate a themed 9:16 reel cover. The cover TEXT comes from the video analysis already
performed by /ai/reel/generate (see cover_texts), so this route never touches the video —
it only charges an image generation.

## Query parameters

- `workspace_id` string, nullable: Workspace this request applies to. Defaults to the caller's personal workspace. Must be one the caller belongs to.
