`GET /v1/hosts/{id}/ssl-status`

Get the current SSL certificate status, including provisioning progress.

    - `wwwSslEnabledAt` string, date-time: When SSL was enabled for the www subdomain. Null if not enabled.
    - `sslProvisioningStatus` 'pending' | 'in_progress' | 'completed' | 'partial_failure' | 'failed': Current SSL provisioning status
    - `sslProvisioningMessage` string: Human-readable provisioning status message
