Run a live DNS resolution check and return the results.

    - `host` string: The domain name
    - `isDnsResolving` boolean: Whether the apex domain DNS is resolving to our servers. Null if not yet checked.
    - `dnsLastCheckedAt` string, date-time: When DNS resolution was last verified
    - `wwwDnsResolving` boolean: Whether the www subdomain DNS is resolving to our servers. Null if not yet checked.
  - `meta` object, required
    - `requestId` string: Unique identifier for this request
