`GET /resources`

## Request

List available sandbox VM images, platforms, and capacity limits for profile creation.

## Response `200`

Available analysis resources.

    - `name` string: Backend name (e.g., sbx4m87)
    - `kind` string: Resource type (e.g., sandbox)
    - `max_capacity` integer: Maximum concurrent analyses
    - `resources` object[]
      - `name` string: VM image name (e.g., win10-20260115-en)
      - `platform` string: Platform identifier (e.g., windows10-1703_x64)
      - `max_capacity` integer: Max concurrent instances for this image
      - `tags` string[]: Capability tags (e.g., arch:x64, locale:en-us, os:windows10-1703-x64)
