List available VPN exit points and regional tags for geographic routing in sandbox analysis.

Available geolocations.

      - `name` string: Geolocation identifier (e.g., us-balti-tun, georgia-tun)
      - `tags` string[]: Region tags (e.g., europe, north-america, us)
