# This route returns a collection of \`Subsidiary\` objects associated with a toe.

This route returns a collection of `Subsidiary` objects associated with a toe.
Any TOEs that appear to be a subsidiary of the provided TOE id are returned in the response.

- Subsidiary[]: A collection of subsidiaries.
  - `verified` string: Is this subsidiary verified? Valid options are 1 or 0.
  - `validation_status` string, nullable: Has the subsidiary been validated?
  - `validation_artifacts` string, nullable: Any validation artifacts.
  - `updated_at` string: An updated timestamp.
  - `toe_id` string, uuid: The unique identifier for the Target Of Evaluation (TOE).
  - `support_email` string, nullable: An email for support if available.
  - `secondary_evidence` string, nullable: Any secondary evidence.
  - `scan` string: The scan number.
  - `primary_evidence_reference` string, nullable: The Primary Evidence Reference.
  - `primary_evidence` string, nullable: The Primary Evidence.
  - `possible_own_toe_ids` string[]
  - `own_toe_id` string, uuid, nullable: The unique identifier for the Target Of Evaluation (TOE).
  - `note` string, nullable: Any additional notes.
  - `name` string: The entity name.
  - `is_scannable` boolean: Is this scannable?
  - `is_removed` boolean: Is this removed?
  - `id` number: Unique identifier for subsidiary record.
  - `factset_id` string, nullable: The associated factsetId.
  - `domains` string[]
  - `date_updated` string, nullable: An updated timestamp.
  - `created_at` string: A created at timestamp.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication information was missing or invalid or the user is not authorized to access resource or perform the associated action.
- `404`: The URI didn't match an existing resource.
