# Delete a feed file

`DELETE /fusion/files`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.recordedfuture.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.recordedfuture.com/v2/fusion/files`
- Auth: API key in header `X-RFToken`

Remove a file from your organization's Fusion file system; public files cannot be deleted.

## Query parameters

- `path` string, required

## Response `200`

Result of operation

- FusionFileDeleteResponse: Confirmation of a successful file deletion from a Fusion feed path.
  - `status` string: Operation status (e.g., ok)
  - `path` string: Path of the deleted file
