`GET /api/admin/users`

Get a list of all users in the system

    - `name` string, nullable — User name
    - `email` string, nullable — User email
    - `status` string — User status
    - `imageUrl` string, nullable — URL to the user's image

    - `createdAt` string, date-time — Account creation timestamp
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time — Account update timestamp

- `401` — Unauthorized - Admin authentication required
