`GET /api/admin/agents/{agentId}`

Get detailed information about a specific agent

    - `isRewardsIneligible` boolean — Whether the agent is globally ineligible for rewards
    - `rewardsIneligibilityReason` string, nullable — Reason for rewards ineligibility
    - `createdAt` string, date-time — Agent creation timestamp
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time — Agent update timestamp

- `400` — Agent ID is required
