# List collateral top-ups

`GET /account/collateral-top-ups`

Retrieve a paginated list of collateral top-ups credited to your account, including the asset legs and processing fees for each payment. Records are returned newest first by **createdAt**.

All funding methods are returned by default; use **repaymentMethod** to narrow to a specific rail. Date filters apply to **createdAt**; **paidDate** and **verifiedDate** are returned on every record so they can be filtered client-side.

Records of every status are included unless you filter on **status** — `created`, `pending_review` and `failed` records are listed alongside `completed` ones so the extract is complete. When reconciling funds received, filter to `completed` and sum **creditedAmount**.

Monetary amounts are returned as strings to preserve precision. Fiat currencies use ISO 4217 alpha-3 codes; asset codes under **assets** are provider-supplied (e.g. `USDT`) and are not ISO codes.

## Query parameters

- `page` integer: The page number to retrieve in a paginated response. (default: 1, min: 1, max: 10000)
- `limit` integer: A limit on the number of records to be returned. (default: 50, max: 100)
- `status` string[]: Filter by status. Repeatable. One or more of: created, paid, completed, failed, pending_review.
- `repaymentMethod` string[]: Filter by funding method. Repeatable. One or more of: manual, bank_transfer, direct_debit, crypto, van_transfer, crypto_top_up, crypto_triple_a, fiat_collateral.
- `fromDate` string, date-time: Inclusive lower bound on **createdAt**, as a **YYYY-MM-DD** date. Taken as the start of that UTC day.
- `toDate` string, date-time: Inclusive upper bound on **createdAt**, as a **YYYY-MM-DD** date. Taken as the end of that UTC day (23:59:59.999Z).

    - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the collateral top-up.
    - `budgetId` string, uuid, required: Identifier of the account the funds were credited to.

Records of **every** status are returned unless you filter on **status** — including `created`, `pending_review` and `failed`, which are not settled funds. Filter to `completed` when reconciling money received.

    - `assetType` string, nullable, required: Provider-supplied network or rail identifier, e.g. **ERC20**, **TRC20**, **Polygon**, **Solana**, **SPL**. Free-form and not an enumerated set — new rails appear without notice.
    - `assets` object[], required: Asset legs making up this payment. Empty for fiat and manually booked records.
      - `asset` string, required: Asset the payment was made in, as supplied by the payment provider (e.g. **USDT**). Not an ISO 4217 code.
      - `amount` string, required: Amount of the asset transferred.
      - `exchangeRate` string, nullable, required: Rate used to convert this leg into **creditedCurrency**. `null` when not recorded.
    - `transactionHash` string, nullable, required: On-chain transaction hash, when applicable.
    - `instructionIndex` integer, nullable, required: Zero-based index of this transfer within the on-chain transaction.
    - `fiat` object, nullable, required: Originating fiat transfer details as supplied by the payment provider. `null` unless the provider supplied fiat detail.
      - `currency` string, nullable, required
      - `amount` string, nullable, required: Amount of the originating fiat transfer. **May be negative** on `fiat_collateral` records, where it represents the debit from collateral rather than a deposit. Use **creditedAmount** to reconcile money received — summing this field would net collateral debits against deposits.
      - `senderName` string, nullable, required
      - `receivedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required
    - `providerReferenceId` string, nullable, required: The reference the payment provider assigned to the transfer (for example a bank reference). Not restricted to fiat methods — it is supplied on crypto top-ups too, so it sits alongside **referenceId** rather than inside **fiat**.
    - `failedReason` string, nullable, required: Free-text note recorded against the top-up by Reap operations.
    - `proofId` string, uuid, nullable, required: Identifier of the internal payment-proof record.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: When the record was created.
    - `paidDate` string, date-time, nullable, required: When payment was received by the processor.
    - `verifiedDate` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the payment was verified.
  - `meta` object, required: Pagination metadata.
