RealEstateAPI's skiptrace API for contact & demographics data.

## Request body

  - `mail_unit` string
  - `mail_city` string
  - `mail_state` string
  - `mail_zip` string

  - `unit` string
  - `city` string
  - `state` string
  - `zip` string
  - `match_requirements` object
    - `phones` boolean: When set to true, will only return a match if phones are present
    - `emails` boolean: When set to true, will only return a match if emails are present
    - `operator` string: accepts values: 'and', 'AND', 'or', 'OR'
  - `exact_match` boolean
