`POST /v3/MLSDetailBulk`

## Request

## Request body

- object
  - `listing_ids` string[], required: Array of internal MLS listing IDs to retrieve (mutually exclusive with assessor_ids). Max 1000.
  - `public_ids` string[]: Array of REAPI property IDs (assessorId) to retrieve (mutually exclusive with listing_ids). Max 1000. Null entries return an error object at the matching position.
  - `fields` string[]: https://developer.realestateapi.com/update/reference/no-more-bloated-responses
  - `field_sections` string[]: https://developer.realestateapi.com/update/reference/no-more-bloated-responses
  - `public` boolean: Include the public-record (public.*) block. Opt-in; requires a public-record plan
  - `verbose` boolean: When true, per-position error objects include a structured `detail` (lookup context + hint). Default false = lean errorCode + message.
