# MLS AutoComplete API (v3)

`POST /v3/MLSAutoComplete`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.realestateapi.com`
- URL: `https://api.realestateapi.com/v3/MLSAutoComplete`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

MLS type-ahead suggestions: addresses, streets and MLS boards from MLS data; cities, counties, zips and states as place resolution. Free for any key with an active MLS plan (not metered).

## Request body

- object
  - `search` string, required: Search text for MLS address, street, city, county, state, ZIP, or MLS board autocomplete (min length 2)
  - `search_types` string: Search type(s) to run — A=Address (default), S=Street, C=City, N=County, Z=ZIP code, B=MLS Board, T=State. Accepts a single code as a string or an array of codes to search multiple types at once.
  - `latitude` number: Latitude for location-biased results (-90 to 90)
  - `longitude` number: Longitude for location-biased results (-180 to 180)
  - `precision` integer: Geo-precision level for location biasing (1-10)
