# LinkedIn proxy: send a message

`POST /api/linkedin/{account_id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com/api/linkedin/{account_id}/messages`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

POST ``voyagerMessagingDashMessengerMessages?action=createMessage`` as in Kanbox ``send_message``: either ``conversation_linkedin_id`` (existing thread) or ``recipient_linkedin_id`` (DM to member), optionally ``in_mail_premium`` for new InMail-style payloads.

## Path parameters

- `account_id` integer, required

## Request body

- LinkedInSendMessageIn: Body for Kanbox-style ``send_message`` (conversation thread or recipient profile id).
  - `text` string: Message body (plain text).
  - `conversation_linkedin_id` string, nullable: Kanbox ``Conversation.linkedin_id`` — sends inside an existing thread (takes precedence).
  - `recipient_linkedin_id` string, nullable: Peer ``fsd_profile`` id — starts/sends a direct message without conversation id.
  - `in_mail_premium` boolean: Use Premium InMail payload (requires ``recipient_linkedin_id``, no conversation id).

## Response `200`
