# LinkedIn proxy: create or schedule a post

`POST /api/linkedin/{account_id}/create-post`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com/api/linkedin/{account_id}/create-post`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Creates or schedules a LinkedIn post, with optional media attachment.

**Media options:**
- Text-only: omit ``media_urn``.
- Single image: pass a ``urn:li:digitalmediaAsset:…`` URN (obtained via ``/upload-media``).
- Multiple images: pass a ``urn:li:fsd_multiPhoto:…`` URN (obtained via ``/create-multi-photo``).

**Scheduling:** set ``scheduled_at`` to a Unix timestamp in milliseconds to schedule the post; omit it to publish immediately.

Returns the ``resource_key`` (``urn:li:fsd_share:urn:li:ugcPost:…``) of the created post.

## Request body

- LinkedInCreatePostIn: Request body for creating or scheduling a LinkedIn post.
  - `text` string, required: Post text content.
  - `media_urn` string, nullable: Media URN to attach. Use ``urn:li:digitalmediaAsset:…`` for a single image or ``urn:li:fsd_multiPhoto:…`` (from /create-multi-photo) for multiple images. Omit for a text-only post.
  - `scheduled_at` integer, nullable: Scheduled publish time as Unix timestamp in **milliseconds** (13-digit epoch, e.g. 1779446566000). Omit to publish immediately.
  - `visibility` string: Post visibility: 'ANYONE' (public) or 'CONNECTIONS_ONLY'.
  - `allowed_commenters_scope` string: Who can comment: 'ALL' or 'CONNECTIONS_ONLY'.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- LinkedInCreatePostOut: Result of creating or scheduling a LinkedIn post.
  - `resource_key` string, required: Post URN (e.g. urn:li:fsd_share:urn:li:ugcPost:…).
