# LinkedIn proxy: list messages in a conversation

`GET /api/linkedin/{account_id}/conversations/{conversation_linkedin_id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.reachmcp.com/api/linkedin/{account_id}/conversations/{conversation_linkedin_id}/messages`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Calls Voyager ``GET /messaging/conversations/{id}/events`` as in Kanbox ``get_conversation_messages``, with optional ``created_before`` paging (same cursor as Kanbox public API).

## Path parameters

- `account_id` integer, required
- `conversation_linkedin_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `created_before` string, nullable: Unix ms (string) of the oldest message from the previous page — fetches older events.

- LinkedInConversationMessagesPageOut: Messages for a conversation (Kanbox ``get_conversation_messages`` + public API paging).
  - `conversation_linkedin_id` string, required: Kanbox ``Conversation.linkedin_id`` / conversation key.
  - `messages` LinkedInConversationMessageOut[], required
    - `id` string, required: Message id from ``backendUrn`` (messagingMessage:…).
    - `message_urn` string, nullable: Full message URN (entityUrn) — pass this to proxy_react_message.
    - `text` string, nullable
    - `html` string, nullable
    - `attachment_url` string, nullable
    - `attachment_name` string, nullable
    - `attachment_type` string, nullable
    - `from_linkedin_id` string, nullable
    - `from_firstname` string, nullable
    - `from_lastname` string, nullable
    - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable
    - `is_inbound` boolean, required: True when the sender is not the connected account (incoming message).
    - `message_type` string: e.g. text, html, gif, or media hint.
  - `total_count` integer, required: Number of messages in this response.
  - `has_more` boolean, required: True when LinkedIn likely has older events (page size 20).
  - `next_created_before` string, nullable: Pass as ``created_before`` to fetch the next (older) page.
