# List GMV Max per-campaign video exclusions

`GET /gmv-max/campaign-exclusions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reacherapp.com/public/v1`

- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key` and API key in header `x-shop-id`

List the per-campaign video exclusions and add-backs for this shop — each row is one (campaign, video). Pass `campaign_id` to filter to a single campaign. Most recently updated first, capped at the 5,000 newest rows. Single shop only (set `x-shop-id` to a specific shop ID).

## Query parameters

- `campaign_id` string, nullable: Optional TikTok campaign id to filter to a single campaign.

Successful Response

- GmvMaxCampaignExclusionsListResponse: GET /gmv-max/campaign-exclusions — most recently updated first.
  - `data` GmvMaxCampaignExclusionItem[], required
    - `campaign_id` string, required: The TikTok campaign id.
    - `video_id` string, required: The TikTok video id (== creative material_id).
    - `state` string, required: `excluded` (the video is held off this campaign) or `added_back` (it was put back on this campaign after an earlier exclusion).
    - `applied_status` string, required: Whether the change has taken effect on spend: `applied` (live), `pending` (armed, waiting for the next reconcile), `applying` / `requested` (in flight to TikTok), or `failed` (an actively delivering placement could not be changed).
    - `source` string, required: How the record was created, e.g. `manual` (API or portal).
    - `reason` string, nullable: Free-text note stored with the record.
    - `decided_by` string, nullable: Who made the change (`api_key:<prefix>` for public-API writes).
    - `created_at` string, nullable
    - `updated_at` string, nullable: When this row was last updated by the apply step.
