Lista de funcionários

- object
  - `employees` Employee[]: Lista de todos os funcionários da empresa.
    - `email` string, email: Endereço de e-mail do funcionário.
    - `id` string, hash
    - `name` string: Nome do funcionário.

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Access Token missing or invalid
- `403`: Not authorized to access such resource
- `404`: Resource not found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
