`POST /debug/set-soft-memory-limit`

- DebugSetSoftMemoryLimitRequest
  - `mem-limit` integer — Soft memory limit for the Go runtime in bytes.
  - `_group` string — Assign the request to a custom stats group.
  - `_async` boolean — Run the command asynchronously. Returns a job id immediately.

Previous soft memory limit before the change.
