`GET /v1/tickers/{symbol}/overview`

Company overview/fundamentals (name, sector, description, market cap,
valuation ratios) for the ticker page's about-this-company section.
Public market data, same for every tier. 404 when the backend has
nothing for the symbol (e.g. an unrecognized or delisted ticker).
