`GET /v1/signals/consensus`

Per-source consensus snapshots (insiders, politicians, earnings beats,
catalysts, on-chain, 13F, AI news-beneficiary reads). Optionally one
source, addressed by its public slug (see ``GET /signals`` sources).

`limit` caps rows PER SOURCE, not across the response — the sources are
independent snapshots and one of them being long (13F holdings runs to
~1700 rows) should not silently starve the other six. Omitted means
uncapped, the historical behaviour, which is what the web section reads.
