The persisted rotation series: latest per-cluster quadrant/rank rows
(with deltas), rank trajectories, and quadrant-crossing events.

``include_trajectory=false`` and ``events_limit`` trim the two blocks that
carry 80% of the bytes; both default to the full payload, so the web view
and every existing caller are untouched.
