# Receive incoming webhook

`POST /ingress/{token}`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8080`
- URL: `http://localhost:8080/ingress/{token}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Public endpoint for third-party providers to send webhooks. The token in the path identifies the incoming source configuration.

## Response `200`

A provider's URL-ownership handshake, such as Slack's url_verification, answered in the provider's own format once its signature is verified. Nothing is stored or forwarded.

- `202`: Webhook accepted for processing
- `401`: Signature verification failed
- `404`: Invalid ingress token
- `410`: Source is disabled
- `413`: Payload too large
- `429`: Rate limit or monthly event quota exceeded
