# Delete function

`DELETE /api/v1/functions/{function_id}`

Delete a function and all its revisions. Deletion is asynchronous;
the function's name and URL are released once it completes.

## Path parameters

- `function_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Deletion accepted

## Other responses

- `401` — Authentication required
- `404` — Resource not found
