# List engine parameters

`GET /api/v1/databases/{database_id}/parameters`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rafftechnologies.com`
- URL: `https://api.rafftechnologies.com/api/v1/databases/{database_id}/parameters`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

The engine settings in effect (for example `max_connections` or `work_mem`), with the default and where each value comes from: `plan` (set by the plan size), `override` (set through `engine_config`), or `engine` (engine default). Read-only: settings follow the plan; the only setting you choose is Valkey's `maxmemory-policy` at create.
