`GET /v1/models/scorecard/race-winner`

Returns, race by race for the current season, whether our lights-out race-winner odds were closer to the result than the market's, plus the running count. Updated after every race. available=false means the record could not be read; show no count rather than an old one. Market sources are not identified. No authentication required.
