Returns the public model manifest: what each production ML model predicts, its coarse architecture family, a qualitative calibration tier (well-calibrated / recalibrating / monitoring / unavailable), when it was last retrained, the algorithmic intelligence layer, and a directional changelog. No raw eval metrics, decision thresholds, or training data details are exposed — verify calibration yourself via historical replay. No authentication required.
