`GET /v1/insights/races`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.racehooks.io`
- URL: `https://api.racehooks.io/v1/insights/races`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

List of F1 races available for the public model-validation dashboard. Includes any race that has rh_lap_analytics rows, including a just-finished race whose telemetry pipeline is still running. Requires an API key (Bearer) or console session; per-key caps apply.
