Bounded prefix/substring search over historical drivers, teams, circuits, and races from the F1DB web dataset. Cache hits skip the miss limiter; cache misses share a route-family budget and may return 429 with Retry-After.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: Opaque pagination cursor from a previous response.
- `limit` string: Maximum number of matches to return.
- `q` string, required: Search query of at least two characters.
- `types` string: Optional comma-separated list of driver, team, circuit, or race.
