`GET /auth/credits/ledger/export`

导出用户 credits ledger 账本，供账号中心和运营审计使用。

- `start_date` string, nullable: 开始日期 (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `end_date` string, nullable: 结束日期 (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `scope` string, nullable: 账本导出范围

## Response `200`
