# Get Organization Balance

`GET /v1/organization/balance`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Requires an admin API key with billing_read or * authority. Returns the authenticated organization's spendable credits across all projects. Pending reservations, expired funding, and refunds are excluded. The balance is a JSON number with up to three fractional digits; very large balances may lose floating-point precision. This is a snapshot and may change after the response. The organization's request-rate limit applies and may return 429.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized – missing, malformed, disabled, or invalid API credentials or organization identity.
- `403`: Forbidden – the credential lacks admin billing_read authority or the organization is suspended.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded – the organization's request-rate ceiling was reached. Retry after the period indicated by Retry-After.
- `500`: The organization balance could not be read. Please retry.
