# Allow showing the transcription on the website

`POST /v1/transcriptions/{id}/showcase`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.quillhub.ai`
- URL: `https://api.quillhub.ai/v1/transcriptions/{id}/showcase`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Records the owner's explicit consent to show this transcription as an example on the QuillHub website. Requires the public share link to be enabled (409 otherwise). Turning the share link off or deleting the transcription revokes consent automatically.

## Response `200`

Consent recorded.

- ShowcaseResponse
  - `public_id` string, required
  - `share_enabled` boolean, required
  - `showcase_allowed` boolean, required
  - `showcase_allowed_at` string, date-time, nullable, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid Bearer token.
- `404`: No transcription with this id exists under the authenticated account.
- `409`: The public share link is off.
