# Extend a desktop session (get more upload URLs)

`POST /v1/desktop/sessions/:id/extend`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.quillhub.ai`
- URL: `https://api.quillhub.ai/v1/desktop/sessions/:id/extend`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the next batch of 30 presigned PUT URLs starting from `next_seq`. Call this when 25 of the current 30 URLs have been consumed. Idempotent — calling with the same `next_seq` regenerates valid URLs for the same keys.

  - `next_seq` integer, required: First sequence number in the new batch.

## Response `200`

New upload URLs.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthenticated.
- `404`: Session not found.
- `410`: Session already finalized or FAILED.
