The full NAIC line taxonomy, which data years are loaded, and the dataset's coverage note.

    - `category` string, nullable, required: null for the all-lines total.
    - `from_year` number, nullable, required: First data year this line exists on its own; null = all loaded years.
    - `comparability_note` string, nullable, required
  - `years_loaded` number[], required: Distinct report_years with data, empty before the first load.
  - `coverage_note` string, required: Top-125 countrywide / top-10 per jurisdiction ONLY -- absence from these results does NOT mean a carrier writes no business there. Repeated verbatim on every response (see GET /v1/carriers/lines).
