PUBLIC, UNAUTHENTICATED proof-of-life for the front door.

Honest aggregate counts for the CURRENT session — or, when the market is
closed, the LAST COMPLETED session (the exchange calendar decides, via
the same MarketClock the live walk uses). COUNTS ONLY: no ids, no
symbols, no names, no P&L — the k-anonymity discipline agent_safety
applies to receipts. The home page HIDES its strip when every count is
zero; this route never invents a number to fill it.
