The paper page's headline: the caller's dual-use desks (0..5) with their
SIMULATED cash/equity/P&L, open-position + working-order counts, and the
active key-pair metadata for each.

Auth: valid vega_session cookie. Seeds the caller's default 3 desks first IFF
they own none (never resurrects a deleted desk). READ-ONLY P&L: reuses the stored-mark
equity path (db.account_equity / paper_manual.buying_power), NOT a live
re-mark, so listing all 5 desks never storms the quote feed. `key_meta` is
metadata only (key_id/created/revoked) — never secret material.
