launch #81 (2026-08-13) — ONE download holding everything this member's
account contains: profile, strategies, every backtest (full result),
desks with their bots / positions / working orders, and alerts, as a zip
of plain JSON files. The data-portability twin of delete-everywhere (P4).

SESSION-ONLY, deliberately (mirrors the alpha hard-delete): a per-desk
agent key is scoped to ONE desk and must never be able to exfiltrate the
whole account. Every row is fetched through the same user_id-scoped
accessors the app itself reads with, so cross-tenant isolation is
inherited, not re-implemented.
