# Dismiss Alerts

`POST /v1/me/alerts/dismiss`

Dismiss my alerts — they leave the feed but are still there under
`GET /v1/me/alerts?dismissed=1`.

Session-only, like the sibling read route, and the SAME forgiving contract:
foreign ids are ignored rather than an error (the `dismissed` count is the
truth), and re-dismissing counts 0 instead of failing. Read and dismissed
are different facts: "I saw it" vs "I'm done with it".

## Request body

- AlertDismissRequest: POST /v1/me/alerts/dismiss — clear these alerts out of the feed. Same shape and same forgiving contract as AlertReadRequest: foreign ids are ignored, the returned count is the truth.
