`DELETE /v1/me/alerts/{alert_id}`

Hard-delete ONE of my alerts. Session-only.

An alert belonging to somebody else answers the SAME 404 "Alert not found"
as an id that never existed, and a second delete is that same plain 404.
For a feed you just want quiet, prefer /dismiss — that one is reversible.
