# Reset My Account

`POST /v1/me/accounts/{account_id}/reset`

Wipe one of the caller's OWN desks back to a clean slate and optionally
set its starting cash ($10,000..$1,000,000; omitted → keep current).

SESSION-auth own-account only — resets are a deliberate owner/UI action, so
a key pair (a bot) can NOT reset a desk (403 cross-user, 401 unauth). Deletes
every position + the full order ledger under the account row lock so a
concurrent matcher fill can't survive or corrupt the wipe (see
db.reset_account). starting_cash out of range → 422 (AccountResetRequest).

## Request body

- AccountResetRequest: POST /v1/me/accounts/{id}/reset — wipe the desk and (optionally) set cash. starting_cash: the new base cash, $10,000..$1,000,000 (int or float). Omitted / null keeps the account's current starting_cash (a plain history wipe). Out of range → 422 (raised here as a validation error).
