WEBHOOK SIGNALS IN (catalog #10) — queue one entry/exit signal for a
webhook-driven bot (spec entry.webhook: true).

Body: {"symbol": "NVDA", "action": "enter"|"exit" (default enter),
"ts": optional ISO timestamp (default now, UTC)}. Replay-safe: the SAME
signal posted twice is ONE queued row ({queued: false, duplicate: true}
on the second). The next walk maps the signal onto its bar and takes it
through EVERY ordinary entry gate (market hours, staleness, caps,
buying power) at the same graded price a rule-fired entry gets; an
{"action": "exit"} closes the open position(s) on that symbol at the
walk's real mark (close_reason='webhook_exit').

Auth: session owner or the per-desk account key PAIR — the agent door,
same dependency every other alpha route uses (404 cross-desk). Audited
(it mutates the desk's future).
