Tell us anything. Open to guests and members alike.

Order (deliberate, mirroring /v1/waitlist): per-IP rate limit FIRST (this
is an anonymous write route), then shape, then the SAVE, then — best
effort, after the row exists — the support email.

The save is the source of truth. A mail failure logs a warning and the
caller still gets `ok: true`, because the message is safely stored and
telling someone their feedback failed when it did not would be a lie.

Over-long input is TRIMMED, never rejected: losing a long note is the
rudest possible answer to "tell us anything".
