Mint (or re-use) a public share link for THIS owner's run.

P1-F2: refused (403, friendly) for the SHARED guest key with no session —
minting off the shared demo tenant lets one visitor publish another
visitor's result. Signing in makes it yours to share.

Owner-only, identical session-wins-else-X-Vega-Key resolution + scoping as
the poll/export routes (require_backtest_submitter + db.get_backtest on the
resolved uid) — a run you don't own 404s, revealing nothing. 409 while the
run has no result yet. Idempotent: re-calling returns the SAME token, not a
new one. Returns {share_id, share_path} — build the full URL client-side.
