Revoke every active public share of THIS owner's run. Owner-scoped
(a run you don't own 404s). Idempotent — revoking an already-revoked or
never-shared run returns {revoked: 0}. After this the public link 404s.
SHARED-GUEST gated like mint (F2): guest A must not revoke guest B's link.
