Plain-English story for one of the CALLER'S backtests. 404 cloak on a
missing/foreign run; 503 when AI is off or unconfigured; 429 over the rate cap.

P1-F2: refused (403, friendly) for the SHARED guest key with no session — the
demo tenant is one row shared by every anonymous visitor, so "the caller's
backtests" would include strangers' runs (and spend the shared AI budget on
them).
