`POST /api/v1/my-mcp-connections/{connection_id}/revoke`

Revoca una conexión OAuth propia: borra la sesión de Keycloak y marca la fila revocada.

Las API keys se revocan con el endpoint existente (``POST /api-key/mcp/revoke``),
sin cambios.
