`GET /tokens/{email}/`

## Request

## Path parameters

- `email` string, required

## Response `200`

List of API tokens

- ApiToken[]
  - `id` integer
  - `name` string
  - `token_prefix` string: First 12 characters of the token for identification
  - `created_at` string
  - `last_used` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `403`: Forbidden - cannot manage tokens for another user
- `default`: Unexpected error
